The band was delighted to claim Second Prize in a field of fifteen bands in the Open Section at the 77th SWBBA Annual Championships last weekend at The Riveria Centre, Torquay,
The MD's chosen testpiece, Johan's de Meij's Extreme Makeover, tested every section of the band to the limit. However, the band's strong penultimate perfomance found favour with both the adjudicators and an appreciative audience.
Congratulations to the winners Camborne Town Band.
